At Ecoboco®, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and thoughtful — just like the products we create. Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. Here's how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to a product, we’ll send repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.

Your payment details will be securely stored and charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay upfront.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. You can cancel at any time to avoid renewal.

Order confirmation emails include a link to manage or cancel your subscription at your convenience.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to secure a product that is currently out of stock or coming soon.

You may be asked to pay in full or leave a deposit. Your payment method will be stored and charged when the item is ready to ship.

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you are welcome to cancel and request a refund.

Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a refund under our Returns Policy.
We will keep you informed of estimated dispatch dates along the way.
Try Before You Buy
Some items are available as try-before-you-buy to help you make confident choices.

We will authorise your payment method before dispatch, but you won’t be charged immediately.

You’ll have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned by the end of the trial period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
This option is designed to make your decision process more relaxed and flexible.
