Ecoboco® Shipping & Delivery Policy (Australia)

Currency: All prices are in AUD and include GST.
At Ecoboco®, we keep shipping simple, reliable and transparent—especially for items like cat litter and larger accessories that can be heavier to ship.
This policy reflects our updated flat-rate system, designed to make checkout smoother and easier across Australia.
1. Shipping Zones
We ship Australia-wide.
For clarity, we group destinations into three zones:
Zone 1 – Victoria (VIC)
(Local shipping from Melbourne)
Zone 2 – Major States
New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Zone 3 – Remote States
Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), Northern Territory (NT)
2. Flat-Rate Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight/size of your order.
Zone 1 – VIC

$9.95 flat rate (0–20 kg)

$39.95 for orders above 20 kg
Zone 2 – NSW / QLD / SA / ACT

$12.95 flat rate (0–10 kg)

$19.95 (10–20 kg)

$39.95 (20 kg+)
Zone 3 – WA / TAS / NT

$19.95 flat rate (0–10 kg)

These rates apply to all products, including cat litter, PureFlow litter systems, beads/pads, scratchers and accessories.
3. Free Shipping Thresholds
Zone 1 – VIC
🚚 Free shipping on orders over $120
Zone 2 & 3 – All Other States
🚚 Free shipping on orders over $150
Threshold calculated after discounts and before shipping charges.
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your cart meets the required minimum.
4. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We deliver to both metropolitan and regional areas across Australia.
Couriers require a valid street address. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not eligible for heavy or bulky items.
Estimated delivery windows (business days):

Metro VIC / NSW / QLD / SA / ACT: 2–5 days

Regional & rural areas: 3–10 days

WA / TAS / NT: 5–12 days
Peak periods (e.g. Christmas) may experience delays.
5. Express Shipping
Express shipping is available only for eligible light and medium items (e.g. toys, small accessories).
Heavy or bulky items (cat litter, litter systems, scratchers, furniture) cannot be shipped express.
If you need an express quote, please email hello@ecoboco.com before ordering.
6. Delivery Instructions & Missed Deliveries
Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
You may leave optional delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “Authority to Leave”).
We pass these on to the carrier, though final compliance is at their discretion.
If nobody is home, the driver may:

leave the parcel in a safe place, or
-
leave a card with pickup or redelivery instructions.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage applies) or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once incurred.
If a partial return reduces your order below the free-shipping threshold ($120 for VIC or $150 for other states), we may deduct the applicable shipping amount from your refund.
Rates and policies may update in response to carrier changes; the shipping cost shown at checkout is always the most accurate.
