Refund Policy
We extend a return window of 14 days from the date of your purchase. Should this period elapse, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange for your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ecoboco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at hello@ecoboco.com.
Damages and Issues (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cat food, cat grass, and cat litter), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift receipt of equivalent value. When you decide to return the gift, please contact us at hello@ecoboco.com, and we will provide return instructions. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address and then forwarded it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ecoboco.com.
In certain circumstances (where applicable), we may approve partial refunds. These include:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at hello@ecoboco.com. Our staff will provide the address for return items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $120, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
