For international customers, we offer shipping on selected lightweight products to:

- Light & Medium Items — Free shipping on orders $79+ Australia-wide (including NT).
- Storewide — Free shipping on orders $249+ to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & ACT. For WA, TAS & NT, only a small remote-area delivery fee applies.
If your order includes items from different shipping categories, their shipping charges will be combined at checkout.

Our Bamboo Fibre Cat Litter and Eco Blend Cat Litter are technically flushable in small amounts. However, we don’t recommend flushing as plumbing systems and local regulations can vary. For the safest and most eco-friendly disposal, we suggest composting (where permitted) or disposing of used litter in your household waste.

Yes, our products are suitable for kittens. We do recommend that owners keep an extra eye on curious little ones, especially around silica products, just to make sure they don’t accidentally nibble or swallow anything they shouldn’t.

We use cardboard, a variety of plant fibres, recycled plastics, and BPA-free silicone — always with your cat’s wellbeing and the planet in mind.

Yes. We offer grass seed refills, and we’re preparing to launch individually packaged litter tray filters as well as replacement parts for our scratch pads. These items are coming soon — please check back on the product page or feel free to contact us for updates.

Yes, most of our packaging is recyclable. We’re continually working to reduce plastic and increase eco-friendly materials.
